Jeremiah's Corner

            Preschool birthday parties are always filled with laughter, cupcakes and happy kids running around. This particular birthday party Jeremiah and I attended was hosted by an Animal World Party Theme which featured turtles, snakes, bugs and BEARDED DRAGONS!! Jeremiah was in heaven, which was evident in his face; it was filled with amazement and joy. He made sure to follow directions so he would be able to touch the snake and hold the bearded dragon. Jeremiah was so intrigued by the Bearded Dragon that we took a mealworm home and made a home for it. A mealworm for those that don't know is food for most reptiles, specifically for Bearded Dragons. The things we do for our children!!

            Shortly after the party the movie How To Train Your Dragon came out in theatres and we were front row to it. Jeremiah's new found love of dragons led me to do more research on the topic especially because Christmas was right around the corner and I pride myself on being a good gift giver. My search ultimately led me to Jeremy the owner of Pets to Go, in Elk Grove, CA. He was so gracious to this eager mama just looking for the right bearded dragon for my son. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, Jeremy taught me about Bearded Dragons and I am forever grateful. I purchased Spike from him on December 12, 2012.
